Ticketing Changes at Fife Ice Arena

Throughout the summer Fife Flyers IHC and Fife Ice Arena have been working in partnership to make some improvements to the overall game night experience at a Fife Flyers home game.

As part of our continued product improvement and development we have made major changes to our ticketing system, structure and seating.

You may have noticed already that we have a new seating chart and have now referenced the Arena from Blocks A to M, and rows A to G, seat numbers 1 through to 37 in some blocks.

From the start of the 2014/15 season, all tickets for Fife Flyers home games will be sold on an ALLOCATED seating basis. Fife Ice Arena will no longer offer unallocated seating. All tickets issued for game days will either be for standing zones or a specific Block, Row and Seat number.

This means that you can look on the interactive seating chart online and check for seat availability. You will be able to choose you preferred block, row and seat in advance either online or direct from the Box Office. The fees for purchasing a ticket online have been reduced thanks to us moving to this new integrated ticketing system.

Tickets can still be purchased direct from Fife Ice Arena, please refer to Opening Hours via (2014/15 opening hours will be confirmed as soon as tickets go on sale for the pre-season games).

Please Note: If you are looking to buy tickets on game night, when doors open, you will not be able to choose a specific seat, you will be allocated a seat by the ticketing system. The ticket you will be issued with will indicate a block, row and seat number for you to sit in. If you do wish to sit in a specific seat, we would urge you to book your tickets in advance either online or direct with the box office.

All ticket holders must ensure that they keep their ticket stubs on their person at all times. Please do not discard your ticket once inside the venue, as you may be asked to produce your ticket at any time by a member of staff or security on game nights. Please ensure you sit in your allocated seat, as per the block, row and seat number indicated on your ticket.

Please note that Flexi Passes will not be available for the 2014/15 season. However, new for this season we will offer 10 Game Gift Vouchers at the standard ticket rate and Family Ticket options.

Anyone looking to make a group booking for 15 or more people should email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for prices/group deals.

We have extended the Season Tickets deadline to 4pm on Friday 8th August 2014 if you are looking to make a saving and ensure you have the same seat each game.

We will have 4 games on sale at any one time throughout the season, therefore you can buy tickets for up to 4 games at any time.

There will be a designated Away Section, which may be used for home fans if we are confident that limited away support will be attending the game.

We appreciate that this will be a big change for many loyal fans, but this new system will allow us to manage our ticketing and sales better as well as allowing new and existing fans the freedom to buy their tickets from the comfort of their own home. We appreciate that the transition from old system to new system may take a little bit of getting used to, but we hope that you agree that this change is a positive move in taking the Flyers Organization forward.

We will release further information regarding the ticketing system, how to buy tickets, where to buy tickets etc prior to tickets for the forthcoming season going on sale. Please follow us on twitter @fifeflyers or like us on Facebook, and keep an eye on our website to keep up to date with all the latest info.

We will ensure we have clear signage in the Arena and brief our staff and security regarding the new seating plan and process, however if you have any questions or queries regarding the new ticketing system, either pre-season or during the season, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01592 595100 or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
